Warranty Exclusions
Warranty will not apply, or may be rejected, in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged due to misuse, such as water damage, breakage, burning, impact, or deep scratches, it will not be covered under warranty.
- If the product’s serial number or serial sticker is removed, damaged, or unreadable, the warranty will be void.
- If there is fungus, rust, or serious physical damage on components like the motherboard, graphics card, or RAM, the warranty will not apply.
- For motherboards and processors, any broken, bent, or damaged pins will void the warranty.
- KRAKEN does not set any password or security code on laptops, desktops, or other devices. Therefore, any BIOS password-related issue is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered under warranty.
- For Apple MacBook devices, removing or altering the built-in operating system will void the warranty.
- Printer parts such as cartridges, toner, print head, roller, drum, maintenance box, and similar consumables are not covered under warranty.
- Using non-approved ink or toner cartridges may void the printer warranty.
- For combo products (such as keyboard and mouse sold together), the full set must be returned for warranty claims. Partial claims will not be accepted.
- Power adapters of devices like printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, and TV cards are not covered under warranty.
- If a product remains uncollected from the service center for more than 30 days after warranty service is completed, KRAKEN will not be responsible for it.
- If the warranty receipt is lost, the customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice) to claim the product.
- If a product price is shown incorrectly on the website due to a technical error and does not match the actual market price, KRAKEN reserves the right to cancel the order at any time, with or without prior notice.
