Delivery

Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to deliver products within 2–3 working days for regular orders.


  • We only deliver products ordered through our website to locations where our delivery service is available. You can find more details about delivery areas and timeframes on our website.


  • Products will be delivered to the front door of the provided address. If you request delivery inside a building or premises and we agree, you will be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during that process.


  • You must follow all delivery requirements provided at the time of placing the order.


  • If someone else receives the order on your behalf, they must provide valid identification. We may record delivery and identification details for verification purposes.


  • If there are any delays or issues caused by riders or domestic shipping partners during delivery or pickup, KRAKEN will not be responsible for those delays.

Pre-Order Delivery

  • For pre-order products, delivery time depends on the type of item:


  • If the product does not contain a battery, delivery may take approximately 15–18 days, depending on shipment and Bangladesh customs clearance.


  • If the product contains a battery, it will be shipped via Hong Kong shipment, and delivery may take approximately 25–28 days, depending on customs clearance.


  • The mentioned time starts from the date the product is shipped from China to Bangladesh.


  • After the product arrives in Bangladesh and clears customs, domestic delivery will take an additional 2–3 working days.


  • Delivery time for pre-orders may vary depending on shipping conditions and customs processing.

Online Delivery Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh for selected products.


  • Delivery charge is fixed at 100 BDT all over Bangladesh. Additional charges may apply depending on product weight or size.


  • To confirm a regular order, customers must pay the delivery charge in advance.


  • For pre-orders, customers must pay at least 40% of the product price in advance. Only after this payment, the order will be confirmed and processed as a pre-order.


  • For certain orders, partial or full advance payment may be required through bKash, bank transfer, or online payment to confirm the order.


  • For products delivered via courier, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer.


  • Delivery time may vary depending on location. Inside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 1–2 days or more, and outside Dhaka, it may take 2–3 days or more.


  • If a product is out of stock after placing an order, KRAKEN may offer an alternative product or a refund with customer approval.


  • For international payments, customers may be required to provide a partial card image (showing only the first and last 4 digits) along with a valid ID (NID, passport, or driving license) for verification.


  • EMI is not applicable for international card payments at this time. If introduced in the future, this policy may be updated accordingly.


  • If any product price is incorrect due to a technical error and does not match the actual market price, KRAKEN reserves the right to cancel the order with or without prior notice.


  • All transaction or payment gateway charges for online payments must be borne by the customer.


  • KRAKEN reserves the full right to cancel any order at any time if necessary.

Same Day Delivery Terms

  • Same-day delivery is only available within Narayanganj city. In case of urgent customer requests, we may provide same-day delivery outside Narayanganj, but full or additional delivery charges must be paid by the customer.


  • Orders must be confirmed before 4 PM to be eligible for same-day delivery.


  • Same-day delivery is only applicable for products that are currently in stock.


  • Delivery charge for same-day delivery is 240 BDT, which may vary depending on product size and weight.


  • We use Pathao Parcel for delivery, which does not support Cash on Delivery (COD). Therefore, full payment must be made in advance through bKash, bank transfer, or online payment.


  • If an order is confirmed after 4 PM, delivery will be completed on the next working day.


  • For large or heavy products, delivery time may vary, and our representative will inform you accordingly.


  • Free delivery offers are not applicable for same-day delivery.


  • If delivery cannot be completed on the same day for any reason, only the regular delivery charge will be applicable instead of the same-day delivery charge (conditions apply).
