Refund and Return Policy

  • If a product is found damaged at the time of delivery, we will refund the full amount or provide a replacement within 7–10 working days. Customers are advised to record a video while opening the package as proof.


  • If the product is damaged after delivery due to customer responsibility, we will not be able to provide any warranty.


  • If the product is modified or changed in any way, the warranty will be void.


  • If you find any issue with the product within 3–7 working days, you will be eligible for a replacement. First, we will try to fix the issue, and if it cannot be solved, we will replace the product within 7–10 working days.


  • For online orders, if there is any manufacturing defect, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery through our support channel. The product must be unused, without any scratches or damage, and must include the original box and all accessories. The product must be returned within 5 days; it will be considered under normal warranty terms.


  • After receiving the product from the delivery person, if you think it is not the correct item, please confirm before opening the box. Once the box is opened or the product is used, it will not be eligible for return or replacement.


  • If we send a defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours. The product must be returned in its original condition with full packaging within 7 days. After verification, we will send a replacement. In such cases, courier charges will be covered by KRAKEN.


  • If the returned product is found damaged, burned, or physically broken, the customer will be fully responsible.


  • Products cannot be returned or replaced for reasons like change of mind or compatibility issues with your device.


  • Software or digital products are non-refundable.


  • Refund processing may take 3–5 working days. For online payments, it may take longer, and payment gateway charges may be deducted.


  • In the case of pre-orders, if the customer fails to collect the product within 30 days, the matter will be resolved through discussion.


  • If KRAKEN fails to deliver a pre-order within 60 days, a full refund will be provided after discussion.


  • If a customer cancels a pre-order after 72 hours from confirmation, the refund will be given from the advance payment after deducting charges, depending on the product price. The remaining amount will be refunded.


  • KRAKEN holds the right to cancel any order placed by a customer at any time if necessary.
